Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live). Antonio is designed for drivers; you are responsible for complying with local laws about phone and device use while driving.

Antonio uses artificial intelligence provided by OpenAI to understand your voice and text and to generate spoken and written replies. When you use the assistant, you instruct us to send your messages (and related context such as lists or profile fields needed to answer) to OpenAI for processing.

• AI-generated content — Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Antonio for legal, medical, financial, or emergency decisions. Always verify important information yourself.
• Not human — Antonio is software, not a person. Do not use outputs to impersonate others or mislead anyone about who created a message.
• Copyright — You may not use Antonio to reproduce long copyrighted works (for example full song lyrics or book chapters) or to facilitate piracy. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
• Consent — Before we send your data to OpenAI, we ask you to accept our privacy notice in the app. You may withdraw consent in Settings.

OpenAI's terms and policies also apply to their processing of data sent through our integration. See openai.com/policies.

You retain ownership of content you create in Antonio (notes, lists, profile text, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service—including sending relevant portions to OpenAI when you use the assistant.

You agree not to misuse Antonio: no harassment, illegal activity, attempts to break security, or sending content you do not have the right to share.

Optional integrations (Google sign-in, Spotify, maps, weather, and others) are subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.

Antonio is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers (including OpenAI) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Antonio. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Antonio in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limits are not allowed by law.

Some jurisdictions (including parts of Canada and Turkey) do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

United States — If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding personal information; see our Privacy Policy. Disputes may be subject to arbitration or courts in the state where we are established, as permitted by law.

Canada — Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable federal and provincial privacy laws (including PIPEDA where it applies). You may contact us to access or correct personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Türkiye — Processing of personal data may be subject to Turkish law (including Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data). You may have rights to request information, correction, or deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms or discontinue features. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using Antonio at any time; uninstalling the app ends local use.
